ONLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION (incl. serv.)
PURCHASE INSURANCE
This insurance includes protection against theft, burglary, robbery, destruction and damage for new items for a period of 30 days as of the date of purchase. The insurance reimburses the costs of repair or replacement of the insured item. The insurer shall decide whether the item is to be repaired, replaced by an item of equal value or if compensation is to be paid up to the amount originally paid in accordance with the purchase receipt.

Newly purchased, movable items with a minimum value of CHF 50.–.

ONLINE PURCHASE PROTECTION (incl. serv.)
The insurance provides cover for goods and services purchased online. The insurance covers items that do not match the order, are delivered defective or incomplete, or do not arrive within 30 days of the payment date despite a reminder. The return shipment costs or the purchase price will be reimbursed if the seller does not agree to a return shipment or the goods are not delivered. The insurance also covers services purchased online which are not provided due to a website or provider being fraudulent. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded.
